Frequently Asked Questions

How many people should attend a session?

The guideline is one or two in a half-day and between two and four in a full-day. This means individual attention can be paid to the needs of each participant. In certain circumstances, however, we can accommodate larger numbers by making minor alterations to the agenda.

Does the fee change according to the number of people?

No, the fees are determined by the length of the session. A half-day is up to four hours and a full day up to seven.

What are the follow-up arrangements?

Participants are given a telephone number to call if they want to ask any further questions. Some clients return to us on a regular basis for refresher courses or to prepare for a big event or interview.

What happens to the interview/presentation recordings?

At the end of the session each participant receives an instruction card with a unique code. A few days later they will be sent an email telling them their recording is ready to access at the "client downloads" area of this website. The master copy is deleted from our website after a month.

Where does the training take place?

The perfect location is our own - either in central London or Hertfordshire. We find clients often benefit from getting totally away from the workplace.Details of the locations can be found at “Contact Us” on this website. Alternatively we can come to a location of your choice.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not. All costs are made clear at the outset. There are no extras.

The fee structure is simple to understand. For details contact Riannon Sachdev on 01923 268136 or riannon@richard-phillips.co.uk.

How quickly can we make a real difference?

As long as clients are willing to listen, absorb and apply the principles then improvements can be made straight away. All the advice given during appraisals is practical, simple and effective.

Is the training only carried out by Richard Phillips?

No. We have another full-time coach who uses Richard’s principles.

What are our terms & conditions?

If a session is cancelled or postponed within two weeks of a booked date, 50% of the total fee is charged. If it is one week or less, the whole fee will apply.
