Executive Coaching

Translated from Greek, the word mentor means "carer" which is a fitting description for the personal executive coaching given by Richard Phillips.

We offer a highly confidential mentoring role for leading corporate personnel throughout Europe. We are a constant support for people who sometimes feel excluded from their teams or unable to seek assistance from others within their industry.

The relationship starts with a session on the principles of one-to-one communications. We then tailor an ongoing programme to suit the requirements of the client. This can include effective management, interpersonal skills, client relations, speech writing, networking, media training and appearance.

Richard often continues to work as a mentor for individuals when they move jobs or change company.
